"Imp the Great" formally known as "Imperator of Rhyme" is an old dog full of new tricks. He's started rapping in the late 1970's and he's still flowing. One of his biggest accolades in rap was winning one-round out of two-rounds against EMINEM in the 1997 Rap Olympics in Los Angeles.
In addition to rapping Imp started his record label "BY ANY MEANS MUSIC (B.A.M.M)" in 1999 and released numerous songs and albums for other artists as well as himself.
In 2016 he started his film company "FROM RAP TO FILM" and produced the "Jean Powe Stevens Johnson Syndrome Survivor Documentary". Thereafter he wrote scripts and produced several indie films most of which were never completed due to his inexperience, however he's still ambitious and looks forward to completing his films some day.
In 2020 Imp produced and hosted the "RAPPERS OVER THIRTY PODCAST" in which he discussed "KILLING WILLIE LYNCH SYNDROME", "HEALTHY HABITS", and played music from as well as interviewed rappers over thirty and those who contribute to HIP HOP CULTURE".
