Episode Description
In this episode of the “Rappers Over Thirty” podcast: Imp proclaims that most people who do good things to help others out do it out of the kindness of their heart with no expectation of anything back. However in terms and philosophies like “show appreciation”, “Support those that support you”, and “Got each others back” have fallen on deaf ears, and is a detriment to the black community and must be remedied. Imp also issues a fitness challenge: Asking the rappers over thirty to film themselves working out and post the film on social media with the hashtag #rotworkout The special guest "Orlando Fenderson" worked alongside his partner "Bigga B" R.I.P whom together are known for creating "Los Angeles California’s “Best Hip Hop Club Ever”. That club was called “UNITY” and they brought some of the illest emcees and rap groups to Los Angeles for their first shows. Names like The Wu Tang Clan, Nas, Jay Z, Big Pun, Eminem and the Goodie Mob. They provided a platform for west coast legends and innovators like Xzibit, Dialated Peoples, Self Scientific, Krondon, and The Freestyle Fellowship.
